The University of Maine has added another talented goaltender to its pipeline, securing a commitment from 2008-born netminder Leyton Rinehart, a Minnesota native with roots in the Stillwater Hockey Association.
While Rinehart has been developing his game outside of Minnesota in recent seasons, his foundation was built in the State of Hockey, where he came up through the Stillwater system and established himself as a poised, athletic presence in the crease.
Rinehart is playing the 2025–26 season with the Woodbridge Wolfpack (U18 AAA). Congratulations to Leyton and the Rinehart family on this exciting milestone.
