Tristan Will Named MN Hockey Life Player of the Week

Tristan Will of Woodbury has been named the MN Hockey Life Player of the Week following a top performance at the USA Hockey Boys National 15 Camp in Amherst, New York. Will posted 8 points in 4 games, including a 4-point effort on the final day, helping to lead Team Kelly Green to a perfect 4-0 record.

A forward with strong size and assertiveness, Will was a matchup nightmare for opposing defenders throughout the week. His combination of physical presence and skill allowed him to dominate puck possession and create offense consistently. His performance placed him tied for second in scoring among all participants at the camp, an impressive accomplishment on the national stage.

Will was selected by the Brandon Wheat Kings in the 11th round of the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft and is considered a prospect for the 2026 USHL Draft. He played the 2024–25 season with the Woodbury Bantam AA team and currently lists his team for the 2025–26 season as undecided.

With his size, offensive instincts, and upward trajectory, Tristan Will is quickly becoming one of Minnesota’s most intriguing 2010-born prospects.
