Lakeville native Aston Dahms has committed to Sacred Heart University, continuing a steady progression through multiple competitive levels of junior hockey while showing commitment to the game.
Dahms served as captain of Lakeville South during the 2022–23 season before moving on to junior hockey, gaining experience with the Minnesota Wilderness of the North American Hockey League, the Des Moines Buccaneers of the United States Hockey League, and currently the Tri-City Storm.
This season with Tri-City, Dahms has posted 12 goals and seven assists through 40 games, continuing to build his game against top junior competition. Prior to juniors, he was a standout at Lakeville South, totaling 124 points over four seasons and 105 games. His résumé also includes two selections to the Upper Midwest Elite League and participation in the Final 54 Spring Festival in 2023.
