Jack Christ: MN Hockey Life Player of the Week

The Muskegon Lumberjacks are your 2024 Clark Cup Champions, and they may not have lifted the trophy without a heroic performance from former Chanhassen standout Jack Christ. In the fifth and deciding game of the final, Christ delivered a stunning hat trick, securing his place in Muskegon hockey history….and earning this week’s MN Hockey Life Player of the Week honors.

Christ, affectionately nicknamed “Hockey Jesus”, posted 17 points in 49 regular season games, but truly elevated his game when it mattered most. He finished the Clark Cup Playoffs with 9 points in 14 games, capping it off with a three-goal night when the championship was on the line.

Clutch play is nothing new for Christ. He built his reputation at Chanhassen High School, where he played a key role in the Storm’s 2024 State Tournament run. He scored twice in the Section Playoffs to help send Chanhassen to St. Paul, then added three more goals on high school hockey’s biggest stage.

Whether it’s high school glory or playoff pressure at the junior level, Jack Christ continues to show up when it counts.

Jack is committed to St. Cloud State University.
