Minnesota High School Hockey Freshmen 2024-25

The following players are Minnesota High School freshmen that are making an impact in the early stages of the season. This list is fluid as players will be added as the season progresses.

These faces are part of the landscape of the high school game. While there are a lot of talented prospects listed here, there are also several top 2009/2010 Minnesotans that are playing bantams, AAA, or Junior Varsity at this time.

Last year we saw a plethora of talented players have great freshmen campaigns and are now considered top players for their teams. Gunner Conboy (Lakeville North), Ben Geiger (Northfield), Luca Jarvis (Stillwater), Ryland Rooney (Gentry Academy), Zac Zimmerman (Moorhead), and Freddie Schneider (Edina) are just a few that were on this list last year and are now standouts at the Minnesota High School level.

This season the MN Hockey Life award committee will vote for the freshman player that made the biggest impact on the ice.
